The benefits of running with music

Running with music helps. Several studies have shown that listening to akshay kumar and katrina kaif songs - afghan mast jalebi while running allows you to work harder and improve your times. Now, in addition, with the new mobile applications, music also helps you run better. Because it suits you.

The famous Spotify Spotify just launched platform Running. So far, you escogías the playlist you want to hear and it sounded randomly. Now, depending on your stride frequency, sound songs that fit her (into your tastes, of course). Thus, you will notice that real music accompanies you and guides you. And if you want to go faster, you will notice that music encourages you back to it and helps keep this higher pace.

Because believe it or not, music has the ability to modify our stride. This was demonstrated by researchers at the University of Ghent, Belgium. Our ear can only distinguish changes in the tempo of the music if they are above 4% (for example, if a song has a tempo of 160 beats per minute, to our ears sounds the same rate as one of 165). But for our legs, this change itself is perceptible and if we run to the beat of the music smoothly pass 160-165 steps per minute. And so to higher frequencies, even it come a time when we can not adapt to the music.

Are you curious to know if music helps you run faster? Can you hold a whole song at high frequency? I propose the test In the end Linkin Park. This song has a tempo of 210 beats per minute and lasts just over three minutes. Do you dare to her?

Another application for the same purpose that is DJ Run Running Spotify, but requires payment option for music fits your stride frequency.
