A recipe smoothies to decline to infinity depending on the season. Feel free to swap the cow's milk for a milk plant (rice, almond, soy).
6-8 servings. Preparation <20 min (rest qques + hours). Without cooking.
ingredients
500g strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
2 ripe bananas
1 liter of milk
2 yogurt with vanilla
Preparation
1. Wash and hull the strawberries or fruit that you have chosen. Peel the bananas. Put all the fruit and the rest of the ingredients in the bowl of a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and homogeneous texture. Transfer to a special airtight pitcher conservation or, failing that, in empty bottles. Store in refrigerator several hours before serving.
TIP: Use ripe soft flesh to seasonal fruit. Otherwise, use frozen fruit, like mango chunks for example.
